Shane Barber has amassed over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and has facilitated transformations for over 200 companies. Shane’s diverse skills in management/leadership, systems development, human resource management, professional training and performance consulting help his partners solve a wide variety of business challenges.

Shane has a Production Operations Management degree from New Mexico State University. He has also received specialized training in human resources and organization development from the Teachers College at Columbia University, and is a Certified WorkStyle™ Coach.
Shane has held roles in HR, org development, executive coaching, and performance consulting. As a specialist in the field of organizational design he has driven productivity, cost improvement, employee engagement and retention rates as well as safety and quality improvements.
Shane is a champion of innovation. Before his role at iMpact, he founded Carbon Dwell Homes—a family-run business that produces custom, alternative dwellings by “upcycling” shipping containers.
Shane’s professional service extends into the community via his seat on Big Brothers Big Sisters Rio Rancho board, a non-profit organization providing one-to-one mentorship to children. Shane is also the Director of Development for Kareer Insights which helps youth and young adults establish a foundation based on the connection of their passions and career choices to enrich their life experiences.
